The Rescue Alliance of Hairless and Other Breeds, Inc. is a nationwide alliance of independent rescues and foster homes formed to help hairless dog breeds, hairless cat breeds and other hairless animals, as well as other animals. It is our quest to help animals in poor situations through education, fostering, rehabliltation, and placement of those animals into loving, permanent homes.
